Mother's Day Blanket Appeal

CHURCH WORLD SERVICE BLANKET APPEAL is Mother’s Day, May 12 – Every Mother's Day we join in the Church World Service Blanket Appeal. The program allows us to help families affected by floods and storms, such as those experienced in our Midwest during the past year. Blankets were provided along with other emergency items – food and water, recovery kits, buckets, mops and other implements – to be used in cleaning up after the disasters. At that time, thousands of supplies were distributed. The need continues today. Help us as we reach out to families fleeing their homes and recovering from disasters. Information and envelopes will be placed in each pew on Mother’s Day for your convenience. Thank you for sharing your love with our needy neighbors.
